Kaizen Academy and Ataşehir Municipality organise a special event every month at Selectum Hotel City Ataşehir İstanbul within the scope of "Child Friendly Municipality" project. The main purpose of this project is to establish closer contact with Kaizen Academy children between the ages of 13-15 and to give them unforgettable experiences and at the same time to provide information about the hospitality sector.
A special breakfast is organised by Selectum Hotel City Ataşehir İstanbul for Kaizen Academy children during the events held on a certain Saturday of each month. In these events, our department managers make presentations to the children about hotel management and are excited to share the knowledge and experience they have gained over the years. Thus, children have the opportunity to discover the secrets of the hotel industry.
In addition, another important aim of the project is to draw attention to employment opportunities and support the families of the children in finding a job.
